RETURN POLICY 

All of the merchandise we sell is 100% guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with any merchandise you have purchased, we will gladly exchange or refund your money within 30 days from the date of delivery. The only exception is with custom orders. Because of the nature of these orders, custom and/or embroidered items are non-returnable. Any custom and/or embroidered item that is returned will be sent back to you. If Original RAGZ™ shipped you the wrong item or the item was damaged in shipment, we will gladly refund all return shipping charges. Remember to save a copy of your packing slip as your receipt. If you've misplaced your packing slip, please ship to the P.O. Box below.


To return merchandise to Original RAGZ™ follow these easy steps:
1. Circle the item(s) on this packing slip that you are returning and write the reason(s) for the return. Specify what you would like in exchange for the returned item or if you would prefer a full refund.

2. Replacement items will be shipped to you free of charge. It will be sent to the address on the packing slip. If the address is incorrect, please provide a new shipping address on the front of the packing slip.

3. If you want a refund, we will credit the credit card originally used.

4. Pack and seal the item(s) in the original package, if possible, and enclose the completed packing slip. Affix an address label to the outside of your return package, and take the package to any US Post Office or US Postal Service Contract Station. Packages must be returned prepaid.
